Drilling in urban construction is not cramped
 
In urban construction, when renovating old houses and drilling anchor rods or opening holes in underground pipe corridors, there is always "space cramping syndrome". Traditional Drilling Rigs are bulky and cannot enter narrow alleys or turn corners; manual drilling is slow, and the vibration is large, which may affect surrounding residents. The excavator-converted Drilling Rig is a "craftsman" on urban construction sites. It is derived from the Excavator Converted Drilling Rigs. It has the flexible genes of the excavator, but is equipped with a "fine work" skill - using rotary cutting instead of impact drilling, it can move easily in a 1.5-meter-wide gap like a scalpel. Whether it is drilling precise holes in concrete walls or drilling blasting holes in roadbed rock layers, it can do the work quietly and beautifully, with an efficiency 5 times faster than manual work, and can also reduce a lot of complaints.

Cutting Drilling: The blade rotates at high speed to cut, and the vibration amplitude is 60% smaller than that of the impact drill. It is suitable for operations around old urban areas, and the noise is ≤75 decibels
 
Changeable shape: The crawler chassis can rotate 360°, and the drill arm can be folded within 2 meters, even the low space of the underground garage can be entered
 
Intelligent Steady Speed: It has a built-in load sensing system, which automatically slows down when encountering steel bars to avoid drilling jams, and the hole accuracy is controlled at ±3mm
 
Tips: Use Drilling And Splitting Machines to do a "drilling + breaking" combination punch, and the efficiency of old house demolition can be increased by another 30%; use a laser locator to calibrate before operation, and the hole position deviation can be reduced to within 1mm, which is especially suitable for jobs along the subway line that are picky about accuracy.
