Steep slope drilling is no longer dangerous
 
Drilling operations in scenes such as quarry slopes and high road slopes have always been a construction problem. Traditional Drilling Rigs have poor stability on steep slopes, and frequent displacement can easily cause overturning risks; Excavator Converted Drilling Rigs have a limited operating radius, and drilling holes on the top of high slopes are often "out of reach". WGQK-180D crane-converted slope Drilling Rig was born to solve this kind of dilemma. It is stable and reliable, specially designed for slope anchor holes, anchor cable holes, and blasting holes. Relying on the super adaptability of the crane chassis, it can still operate efficiently on a 30° steep slope, increasing the efficiency of slope drilling by more than 50% and reducing the accident rate by 90%.

Super Stable Chassis: Relying on the crane chassis, equipped with multiple sets of hydraulic outriggers, it can still keep the fuselage level on a 30° steep slope, which is 40% more stable than ordinary Drilling Rigs
Ultra-Long Operation Radius: The boom can be extended to a length of up to 18 meters, easily covering the drilling needs of high, medium and low positions on the slope, without the need to frequently move the equipment
Precise Control System: Equipped with an electronically controlled proportional valve, the drill arm can be fine-tuned, and the drilling positioning error is ≤50mm. With the slewing mechanism, it can adapt to multi-angle drilling
Tips: Before operation, the outrigger extension length needs to be adjusted according to the slope gradient, and the drilling can be started after the fuselage is stable; when used in conjunction with Drilling And Splitting Machines, it can form an integrated drilling-crushing operation process and shorten the construction period.
