WG-90 Excavation and Hydraulic Drilling Rig: Making Construction Work Easier

2025,09,17

What is the WG-90?

The WG-90 is a top-of-the-line excavator that also works as a Drilling Rig. ANNENG built it to do both jobs well—no more switching between separate machines.

Instead of just adding a drill to an excavator, we integrated the drilling parts right into the original hydraulic system. This means it digs and drills smoothly, saving you time and space on the job site. Contractors around the world use it because it works well in all kinds of conditions.

What Makes It Special?

Two Machines in One

The WG-90 starts as an excavator but adds drilling power—no loss in how well it digs. This one machine replaces two, saving you up to 30% on equipment costs.

Efficient Hydraulics

The hydraulic system is built to work smoothly, even in tough ground. It uses power well, so parts last longer and you spend less on repairs.

Tough Build

Important parts like the drill mast are made from strong alloy steel. The frame is reinforced to handle heavy loads and shaking, so it stays steady while drilling.

Easy Controls

The control panel has digital screens that show what the drill is doing in real time. It’s simple to use, so operators learn fast and make fewer mistakes.

Quick Attachment Swaps

You can switch between digging and drilling tools in under 30 minutes. This means less downtime and more work done each day.

How We Build the WG-90

Every WG-90 goes through 10 steps to make sure it’s top quality. We mix old-fashioned care with new technology:

  1. Design & Planning: Our engineers start with 3D scans of the base excavator. They make custom plans and run computer tests to see how it holds up after 10,000+ drills.
  2. Parts Checking: Important parts get checked three times—once by the supplier, once by our team, and once by outside auditors. Hydraulic parts get pressure-tested at 150% of normal for 3 days straight.
  3. Reinforcing the Frame: We add strong steel plates to the excavator’s frame. Robots weld them with 0.01mm accuracy. Each weld gets checked with sound waves to find hidden flaws.
  4. Adding Hydraulics: We install custom parts to create separate hydraulic systems for digging and drilling. This makes it easy to fix and upgrade later.
  5. Building the Drill Mast: We cut and bend strong steel plates to make the mast. Then we heat-treat it for 48 hours to stop it from warping when in use.
  6. Setting Up Controls: Each machine gets a custom computer module that adjusts hydraulic flow for different drilling conditions. It’s like a "personality" for the machine to work best on your jobs.
  7. Putting It All Together: Parts are assembled step by step, with 17 quality checks along the way. Each station specializes in one part—hydraulics, electricity, or structure—to make sure it’s done right.
  8. Testing in Extreme Conditions: Finished machines go into a climate chamber for 10 hours. We test them from -20°C to 50°C to make sure they work in any weather.
  9. Field Testing: Every WG-90 drills 50 test holes at our site. We have concrete, sand, and solid rock areas to check how it works on different ground.
  10. Packing & Paperwork: Each machine gets a book with part numbers, test results, and settings. We pack it for shipping with humidity controls and shock monitors to keep it safe.

Each WG-90 takes about 45 days to build—we don’t rush. This careful process means 98.7% of machines pass all tests on the first try, which is way better than most in the industry.
