ANNENG Airborne Hydraulic Rock Splitter: Tough, High-Pressure Tools That Make Breaking Rock Easy

2025,09,17

What is this tool, exactly?

The ANNENG Airborne Splitter is a top-shelf Ultra-high Pressure Rock Splitter. It totally changes how we break rock across different jobs. Unlike old-school explosives or clunky machines, this hydraulic tool splits rock cleanly and exactly where you want it. It’s perfect for jobs where safety, getting it right, and following environmental rules really matter.

This is a high-quality Hydraulic Rock Splitting Tool. It works simply but hits hard: super-high pressure hydraulic oil pushes a piston, cranking out up to 500 tons of splitting force. That’s more than enough to break even the toughest rocks. And it’s light—you can even fly it in—so moving it around is a breeze. That cuts down setup time and lets you use it in more places on the job site.

What Makes It Stand Out & Why It Matters

Super High-Pressure Tech

Our Ultra-High Pressure Rock Splitter runs at 63 MPa. Most standard hydraulic splitters only go up to 30-40 MPa. That extra pressure means 500 tons of splitting force—enough to break even the hardest rock (up to 300 MPa compressive strength) without breaking a sweat.

Splits Exactly Where You Want

Explosives blow rock all over the place, which is unpredictable. This tool? It splits rock right where you aim it. That means less waste and more accurate work—super important when you need to control how rock comes apart.

Light and Easy to Move Around

At just 32 kg, the main unit is 30% lighter than similar splitters. You can even fly it into remote mining spots by helicopter. It’s small enough to use in tight spots too—like tunnels or inside buildings you’re taking down..

Easy to Hook Up

It works with regular hydraulic systems.

How It Actually Works

The Hydraulic Rock Splitting Tool is pretty straightforward. Here’s how it goes: 1) Drill a hole (the same size as the wedge) in the rock; 2) Stick the splitting wedge into the hole; 3) Super high-pressure hydraulic oil pushes the piston, which spreads the wedge and splits the rock from the inside out.

How to Use the Airborne Splitter

  1. Before You Start
    • Check the hydraulic hoses for damage. Swap them out if they look bad.
    • Tighten all connections to make sure nothing leaks.
  2. Get the Hole Ready
    • Blow out or wash out any dirt from the hole with compressed air or water.
  3. Set Up the Tool
    • Connect the splitter to the hydraulic power unit using the hoses that come with it.
    • Slide the splitting wedge into the hole you drilled.
    • Make sure the splitter is straight up and down against the rock—this helps it work best.
  4. Start Splitting
    • Fire up the hydraulic power unit and slowly turn up the pressure.
    • Turn down the pressure slowly before pulling the wedge out of the split rock.
  5. After You're Done
    • Disconnect the hydraulic hoses and cover all connections to keep dirt out.
    • Clean the splitting wedge. If you’re not using it right away, put some rust protection on it.
    • Check all parts for damage and write down how long you used it in the maintenance log.

Where You Can Use It

  • Mining: It’s a great Hydraulic Rock Splitter For Mining. Works awesome for breaking ore a second time in underground mines, where explosives aren’t allowed for safety.
  • Demolition: Great for controlled take-downs in cities. Splits concrete structures and foundations without shaking nearby buildings.
  • Tunnel Building: Used to make tunnels wider and clear extra rock, keeping the tunnel the right size even in tight spaces.
  • Road Building: Breaks rock easy for road cuts and building embankments, especially in areas where we need to protect the environment.

What You Get Out of It

  • Safer Work: No more risks from explosives—like accidents, people using them without permission, or harming the environment. Also cuts down on operator injuries from vibrations.
  • Get More Done: Finishes splitting 2-3 times faster than mechanical breakers. One person can do 50-80 splits an hour.
  • Spend Less Money: Cuts labor needs by half compared to doing it by hand. Also lowers maintenance costs—no pricey drill bits or explosive permits needed.
  • Follows the Rules: No toxic fumes, not too loud (≤85 dB), and less dust. Meets strict EU and North American environmental rules.
  • Better Quality Material: Controlled splitting keeps rock and stone whole. That means more sellable material from quarries and mines.
  • Works Almost Anywhere: Handles all weather and tight spots where old equipment can’t go. Lets you take on more kinds of projects.
  • Less Downtime: Easy to take care of and built tough, so it’s rarely out of commission—important for hitting project deadlines.

Certifications We Have

Our Airborne Hydraulic Rock Splitter meets global standards for safety, how well it works, and how it affects the environment:

  • ATEX Certification for use in mining areas where explosions could happen
  • China Compulsory Certification (CCC) for China and Asian markets

Every unit comes with all these certifications, including documents in different languages for international projects.

We Can Customize It for You

We can tweak the tool to fit what you need:

  • Custom Wedges: Special wedge designs for tricky rocks (like rough sandstone or brittle shale)
  • Longer Hoses: Extended hydraulic hoses (up to 50 m) for working far away in dangerous areas
  • Stronger Materials: Tungsten carbide-coated wedges that hold up better in mining
  • Power Adapters: Custom parts to connect with your specific excavator or pump models
  • Adjustable Pressure: Pressure settings you can change for delicate work (like fixing up old buildings)
  • Branding: Custom paint colors and your logo to match your other equipment

How long custom changes take: 7-14 days for simple tweaks. For more complex stuff, just talk to our engineering team.

How We Make It

Every Airborne Hydraulic Rock Splitter goes through 8 strict steps to make sure it’s top quality:

  1. Picking Materials: We get high-strength alloy steel (42CrMo) from suppliers we trust. We test it to make sure it’s the right mix and strong enough.
  2. Precision Forging: Important parts (wedge, piston) are forged under 1,200 tons of pressure. This makes them strong and uniform, so they hold up.
  3. Pressure Testing: Each splitter is tested at 70 MPa (110% of max operating pressure) for 4 hours to make sure the hydraulic system is strong.
  4. Checking Performance: Final testing includes splitting granite 100 times to make sure it works the same every time before we package it.
