The ANNENG Airborne Splitter is a top-shelf Ultra-high Pressure Rock Splitter. It totally changes how we break rock across different jobs. Unlike old-school explosives or clunky machines, this hydraulic tool splits rock cleanly and exactly where you want it. It’s perfect for jobs where safety, getting it right, and following environmental rules really matter.
This is a high-quality Hydraulic Rock Splitting Tool. It works simply but hits hard: super-high pressure hydraulic oil pushes a piston, cranking out up to 500 tons of splitting force. That’s more than enough to break even the toughest rocks. And it’s light—you can even fly it in—so moving it around is a breeze. That cuts down setup time and lets you use it in more places on the job site.
Detail: High-precision hydraulic cylinder with pressure gauge
Wedge system: Changeable blades for different rock types
Portable design: Light frame for easy transport to remote sites

Our Ultra-High Pressure Rock Splitter runs at 63 MPa. Most standard hydraulic splitters only go up to 30-40 MPa. That extra pressure means 500 tons of splitting force—enough to break even the hardest rock (up to 300 MPa compressive strength) without breaking a sweat.
Explosives blow rock all over the place, which is unpredictable. This tool? It splits rock right where you aim it. That means less waste and more accurate work—super important when you need to control how rock comes apart.
At just 32 kg, the main unit is 30% lighter than similar splitters. You can even fly it into remote mining spots by helicopter. It’s small enough to use in tight spots too—like tunnels or inside buildings you’re taking down..
It works with regular hydraulic systems.
The Hydraulic Rock Splitting Tool is pretty straightforward. Here’s how it goes: 1) Drill a hole (the same size as the wedge) in the rock; 2) Stick the splitting wedge into the hole; 3) Super high-pressure hydraulic oil pushes the piston, which spreads the wedge and splits the rock from the inside out.
Our Airborne Hydraulic Rock Splitter meets global standards for safety, how well it works, and how it affects the environment:
Every unit comes with all these certifications, including documents in different languages for international projects.
We can tweak the tool to fit what you need:
How long custom changes take: 7-14 days for simple tweaks. For more complex stuff, just talk to our engineering team.
Every Airborne Hydraulic Rock Splitter goes through 8 strict steps to make sure it’s top quality:
Anders Lundqvist, Mining Operations Manager, Nordic Minerals AB
"The ANNENG Hydraulic Rock Splitter For Mining has really changed how we work underground. We’ve cut secondary breaking time by 65% compared to using jackhammers. And we don’t need explosive permits anymore. It’s light, so moving it between work areas is easy."
Maria Gonzalez, Quarry Director, Iberian Stone Group
As a stone producer, we need to split precisely to get the most from each block. This Rock Splitter Machine does exactly that. After we started using it, the percentage of sellable material went from 62% to 84%. We made back what we spent in just 3 months."
James Wilson, Demolition Specialist, Urban Renewal Inc.
"Working in historic districts, we can’t use explosives. The Airborne Splitter lets us remove concrete and stone foundations exactly where we need to, without damaging nearby buildings. It’s quiet enough that we can work during the day in residential areas."
For rocks harder than 300 MPa, we recommend our special high-torque wedge.
Basic stuff: check hydraulic oil daily, look over hoses weekly, and replace hydraulic filters monthly. Check the splitting wedge for wear after 5,000 splits. Swap it out when it’s worn more than 3 mm.
Yep. The splitter has an IP65 rating, so it’s fine in rain and wet places. For long use in water or really damp areas, we recommend our waterproof hydraulic oil.
We offer a 12-month warranty on all parts, except wear items (wedges, hoses). The warranty includes parts and labor at authorized service centers worldwide. You can get extended warranties up to 36 months.
We ship worldwide by air, sea, or land. Units come in waterproof, shock-resistant crates with lifting points for easy handling. Shipping includes all needed customs papers and certification translations for your country.
