What is this machine?
Tired of rock breaking that drags on forever? Wearing your team out? Traditional blasting is a pain. Hard to get permits. Way too loud. And you never know where the cracks will run.
Construction sites often shut down because vibrations damage nearby buildings. Old drilling machines? They cost a lot. And they’re so big, they can’t handle odd-shaped rocks.
That’s why we made our Hydraulic Handheld Rock Splitting Machine. It uses "static crushing" – no explosions. Just steady force.
It works with standard Drilling Rigs. Even connects to excavator-converted rigs for spot-on holes. Pair it with our Ultra-high Pressure Rock Splitter, and you get cracks precise to the millimeter. Even in tricky spots.
From mines (it’s a solid Hydraulic Rock Splitter For Mining) to tunnels – one machine does it all. A truly handy Hydraulic Rock Splitting Tool for any rock-breaking job.

What makes this machine better?
1. How it works: Static crushing
Blasting uses explosions. This machine? It uses hydraulic pressure to push slow and steady. No vibrations. No flying pieces. No loud bangs. Safe to use even in cities or near sensitive areas.
2. Why it is better than other separators
- No vibration, low noise: Work near homes, schools, or hospitals. No need to clear people out. Under 65 decibels – meets global noise rules.
- 500 tons of force: Our hydraulic tech makes it strong enough to split granite, marble, and basalt. More power than most handheld splitters out there.
- Adjustable gun head: Tilt the head to fit curved or odd-shaped rocks. No more fighting with bulky machines that only work on straight surfaces.
- Light and easy to carry: Just 18kg – 30% lighter than similar models. One person can move it, even in remote spots like mountain mines.
3. Built to last
Key parts – like the hydraulic cylinder and seals – are made from tough alloy steel. They resist wear and rust. With regular care, the hydraulic system will last over 5,000 working hours.
How to use it
- Before you start:
- Check hydraulic hoses for leaks. If you find any, replace the seals right away.
- In winter, warm the hydraulic oil to 30℃ (use a small heater if needed). Stops it getting thick and clogging the lines.
- Wear safety gear: impact-resistant goggles, non-slip gloves, and steel-toe boots.
- Drill the holes: Connect to an excavator-converted rig or standard Drilling Rig. Drill holes 30-50 mm wide. Make them 10-15 cm deeper than the gun head – helps split better.
- Set up the splitter: Tilt the gun head to match the rock’s shape. Slide it into the hole. Push it all the way in so it doesn’t slip when you start.
- Start splitting: Turn on the hydraulic system. It pushes with 500 tons of force. The rock splits along your line in 10-30 seconds – depends on how hard the rock is.
- After use: Pull the gun head out. Wipe off any rock dust. Check the oil level. Store it in a dry, airy place when done.
Where can you use it?
This Rock Splitter Machine works in all kinds of industries. Here are some examples:
- Mining: As a Hydraulic Rock Splitter For Mining, it splits ore like iron or coal without damaging the minerals. Great for small to medium mines where blasting isn’t allowed.
- Construction & demolition: Breaks rocks for tearing down buildings, digging foundations, or widening roads. Safe for cities where vibrations and noise are a problem.
- Stone work: Splits granite, marble, and limestone into neat blocks. Good for landscaping, monuments, or building materials. No waste – just clean splits.
- Tunnels & underground work: Perfect for digging tunnels in soft or hard rock. Static crushing won’t shake tunnel walls like blasting can.
- Heritage areas: Good for construction near old buildings or cultural sites. Won’t harm surrounding structures.
What’s in it for you?
- 3x more work done: Tests show it crushes 3 times more rock per day than manual methods. Finishes projects faster. Cuts labor costs.
- Save on operations: No need for expensive blasting permits. No evacuating people. It’s light, so you save on transport. Only needs one operator (instead of 2-3 for big machines).
- Safer for everyone: No explosions mean no flying debris or big vibrations. It’s CE certified, so it meets global safety rules. Protects your team and your reputation.
- Easier on the environment: Quiet (under 65dB) and no toxic fumes. Meets environmental laws. Avoids fines or complaints.
- Saves money long-term: Tough parts and simple upkeep mean fewer repairs. It’s versatile, so you don’t need to buy multiple tools for different jobs.

How we make it
We follow strict steps to make sure every machine is top quality:
- Checking materials: We test the high-strength steel for the cylinder and gun head. Makes sure it’s hard enough and resists rust. If it’s not good, we throw it out.
- Precision machining: Key parts like the cylinder and piston are made with CNC machines. They’re accurate to ±0.01 mm, so the hydraulic system runs smooth.
- Putting it together: Certified techs assemble parts in a dust-free workshop. Every step gets checked to make sure things line up and seal tight.
- Pressure testing: Each machine gets a 30-minute test with 500 tons of force. We check for leaks or weak spots.
- Final checks: We test noise levels, check weight, and make sure it meets CE and ISO standards. Only machines that pass everything get packaged.
- Packaging for shipping: We use moisture-proof, shock-resistant boxes with foam inside. Keeps it safe during delivery.
