[Industry pain points] The cross-section of underground lanes is 2.5×2.5 m~4×4 m, the efficiency of manual rock drilling is low and the dust is large; traditional Drilling Rigs are difficult to turn, and Excavator Converted Drilling Rigs are too heavy. Construction teams are often troubled by "slow drilling and expensive machine replacement".

[Our solution] CYLJ-45A mining wheel hydraulic Drilling Rig, the whole machine is 1.9 m wide, and the turning radius is ≤4 m; the automatic leveling drill arm is ±10°, anti-stuck drill, anti-air drilling, and hydraulic control of hole opening. It is equipped with 18 kW multi-brand hydraulic rock drills, which is suitable for Drilling And Splitting Machines linkage construction.

[Actual effect] Yunnan Copper Mine site: single hole φ45 mm×2.8 m, average time 55 s, daily footage increased by 3 times compared with manual operation; lifting air-conditioned cab allows the driver to work without fatigue for 8 hours, and dust concentration is reduced to below 2 mg/m³.
