Industry pain points: In mining, Drilling Rigs, modified drilling and digging machines, and drilling and cracking equipment have a large demand for compressed air, but traditional electric compressors have unstable power supply and poor mobility in remote mining areas, and diesel-driven equipment often shuts down due to high temperature and excessive fuel consumption, resulting in soaring costs.

Your troubles: Is the construction period delayed due to frequent maintenance of the compressor? Is the cost increased by configuring an Air Compressor for each device? Is the equipment going on strike in a severe cold of -20℃ or a hot environment of 50℃?

Our solution: This diesel-driven screw compressor adopts a three-stage cooling system and is equipped with a German MAN diesel engine. It can stably output compressed air with a pressure of 25bar and a flow rate of 18m³/min in an environment of -30℃ to 55℃. Its dual-mode drive technology can supply air to drilling rigs, modified drilling rigs, and drilling and cracking machines at the same time, and achieves dynamic load matching through an intelligent pressure regulating valve, saving 27% energy compared with similar products.

Actual effect: A test at a copper mine in Qinghai showed that the equipment ran continuously for 720 hours without any faults. When supplying gas to three drilling and cracking machines simultaneously, the fuel consumption was only 0.32L/m³, which was 19% lower than the industry average.
