Park the machine on level ground and clear the surrounding area – no people, tools, or debris.
Install the appropriate drill bit (30-150mm available). Use the hydraulic cylinder to adjust the drill arm to the required angle (0-90 degrees). Based on material hardness, set drilling speed (60-80mm/minute) and pressure (25-30MPa) on the panel – slower for granite, faster for concrete.
Start the engine or motor and press the "Drilling Start" button. Let the drill bit gently contact the material – it will feed automatically without needing extra force.
Remove the drill bit and install the splitting wedge. Insert the wedge into the newly drilled hole, ensuring it's properly aligned and secured – loose placement will cause uneven splitting.
Press "Splitting Start" – the hydraulic wedge will expand at 5-8mm per second, generating 400-600 tons of force to split the material.
